The online sale of goods is aimed at buyers residing in Switzerland or abroad and who have reached the age of majority according to Swiss law.

Athlans carries out all its deliveries and services on the basis of these Terms and Conditions . These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop, but not to orders and purchases made in our physical store.

2. Offer and conclusion of the contract

Our prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss value-added tax (VAT) of 8.1% . Shipping costs are not included in the prices. If shipping costs are charged, they will be deducted at the time of order completion.

Our online shop's product range is constantly updated. However, it is possible that some items, even if listed in the online shop, may no longer be available. If an item is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email . Any remaining orders will remain valid.

The sales contract is concluded with the acceptance of the order by Athlans.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders can only be placed via our online shop's ordering system . Orders placed by phone, fax, or email cannot be processed.

5. Order preparation and shipping

Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day via the postal service. In-store pickup is also available; please request it in advance.

6. Right of return

Items ordered from the ATHLANS e-shop cannot generally be returned. Size exchanges are possible as long as the replacement size is in stock.
Returns are only permitted upon prior contact and are only available to customers with an Athlans loyalty card .

7. Responsibility

ATHLANS assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of purchased products, particularly in the event of improper use.

8. Data Protection

By entering into a contract with the seller, the buyer agrees to the storage of their personal data provided by them in connection with the use of this website.

This agreement also applies to the saving of IP addresses transmitted each time the website is used.
